Our customers come to eat in our restaurants for many reasons. We present an experience that goes far beyond just providing excellent food, although we are passionate about food quality. We know that by creating a memorable experience, we can be the best in the world at customer service and increase return customer visits.

Each day we come up with better ways of doing things and through our efforts we create a better, healthier company. We strive to present the best food, the cleanest restaurant, and the most personable customer service we can. We do this by paying attention to timing. This means we keep pizza fresh, we schedule properly, and we keep busy even when it's slow. Timing is crucial to our business and our lives.

We take time to make emotional connections with everyone around us. We know that we can learn and grow from getting to know others. At work we take a quick minute to engage a customer by asking what we can do for them or by helping solve a problem. We recognize the need to help our work family. We do this by treating co-workers with respect and dignity, just like we want to be treated. We hold all of our work family to this high standard. We try to uplift our work family just like our own family.

Each day at work we get a chance to do something we're good at which makes work fun. Our job requires we work hard, so we need to have a little fun. When we work as a team and give 100% we win. When our timing is just right or we help a customer solve a problem we win. It feels good to win.

We always look for ways to give service in life. We know you can't go through life and just sit still. We help those around us by being in a service mindset. When we help others, we find true happiness. From opening a door for a stranger to changing a tire on a busy freeway, service makes us feel good and helps the world become a better place.

We always set ambitious goals. We even write them down. Hey, we make mistakes sometimes, but we learn from them and move on. Each of us has improved our lives from where we were yesterday. We recognize that everyone around us is also making mistakes and growing, so we forgive others as they learn and move on. We know that without mistakes we cannot stretch and grow. Stretching and growing is good.

Yes, this is true. We tried to change, but this is who we are. When you work in a wild place like this you can always count on a little sarcasm to help with the stress. We're always sarcastic, but in a best friend sort of way.
